The opportunity
Chronicle is hiring two Service Technicians for a growing business in Saudi Arabia. This is an on-site role focused on equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and customer support.
Key responsibilities
- Perform installation, preventive maintenance and repair activities.
- Diagnose technical faults and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support customers with equipment use and basic technical guidance.
- Maintain accurate service records and report recurring issues.
- Follow safety, quality and operational procedures at all times.
What we are looking for
- Relevant technical diploma or hands-on service experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers.
- Previous experience in field service, maintenance or technical support is preferred.
