The opportunity
Chronicle is hiring an HSE Superintendent for a GCC offshore marine operation. This is a senior HSE role responsible for strengthening safety systems, audit readiness, compliance and operational performance across marine and offshore activities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead HSE implementation across marine, vessel and shore-support operations.
- Oversee audits, inspections, incident investigations, risk assessments and corrective-action tracking.
- Maintain alignment with company standards, client requirements and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Develop safety initiatives, training priorities and performance reporting.
- Partner with marine, technical and operational leaders to strengthen safety culture and execution.
- Support tender, client and audit documentation where HSE input is required.
What we are looking for
- Senior HSE experience within offshore marine, oil & gas or vessel operations.
- Strong knowledge of operational risk, audits, incident management and safety-management systems.
- Experience working with GCC or major oil-company requirements is highly valuable.
- Strong leadership, reporting and stakeholder-management capability.
