The opportunity
Chronicle is hiring a Crewing Manager for an offshore marine and oil & gas environment in Saudi Arabia. The role covers end-to-end crew planning, mobilization, compliance, documentation, welfare and cost control across an offshore vessel fleet.
Key responsibilities
- Manage crew planning, deployment, mobilization, demobilization and rotation.
- Ensure compliance with STCW, MLC and client-specific offshore requirements.
- Coordinate visas, medicals, training, travel, accommodation and crew-change logistics.
- Monitor certification and documentation validity.
- Liaise with vessel masters, crewing agencies, port agents, clients and internal teams.
- Manage crewing budgets, records and operational reporting.
What we are looking for
- 8–10+ years of crewing or marine manpower experience.
- Several years in a supervisory or managerial crewing role.
- Strong offshore vessel exposure including AHTS, PSV, DP vessels or similar support fleets.
- Saudi/GCC offshore experience and Aramco-related exposure are highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of STCW, MLC, crew documentation and crew-change logistics.
